New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi (Prime Minister Narendra Modi ) will flag off nine Vande Bharat Express . These nine new Vande Bharat trains will boost connectivity in 11 states. These Vande Bharat trains will provide connectivity to important religious places like Puri, Madurai and Tirupati. With the running of these trains, passengers will save a lot of travel time. The new trains will provide a world-class experience to the passengers and promote tourism.
The new Vande Bharat trains are being considered a major step towards realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of improving connectivity in the country and providing world-class facilities to rail passengers. These nine trains will boost connectivity in 11 states – Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Bihar, West Bengal, Kerala, Odisha, Jharkhand and Gujarat. The names of the new trains which will be flagged off are as follows..
1 – Udaipur- Jaipur Vande Bharat Express
2 – Tirunelveli-Madurai-Chennai Vande Bharat Express
3– Hyderabad-Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express
4- Vijayawada-Chennai (via Renigunta) Vande Bharat Express
5- Patna-Howrah Vande Bharat Express
6– Kasargod-Thiruvananthapuram Vande Bharat Express
7- Rourkela-Bhubaneswar-Puri Vande Bharat Express
8- Ranchi-Howrah Vande Bharat Express
9– Jamnagar-Ahmedabad Vande Bharat Express
passengers will save time
These Vande Bharat trains will run at the fastest speed on their operating routes and will save a lot of time for passengers. Compared to the current fastest train on the route, Rourkela-Bhubaneswar-Puri Vande Bharat Express and Kasaragod-Thiruvananthapuram Vande Bharat Express will travel approximately three hours faster. Hyderabad-Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express will save more than 2.5 hours. Tirunelveli-Madurai-Chennai Vande Bharat Express will save more than 2 hours. Ranchi-Howrah Vande Bharat Express, Patna-Howrah Vande Bharat Express and Jamnagar-Ahmedabad Vande Bharat Express will save time of about one hour and Udaipur-Jaipur Vande Bharat Express will travel faster by about half an hour.
Connectivity of religious places will improve
In line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of improving connectivity of important religious places in the country, Rourkela-Bhubaneswar-Puri Vande Bharat Express and Tirunelveli-Madurai-Chennai Vande Bharat Express will connect the important religious cities of Puri and Madurai. Additionally, Vijayawada-Chennai Vande Bharat Express will operate on Renigunta route and provide connectivity to Tirupati pilgrimage centre.
