Success: Every year thousands of youth appear for the Civil Services Examination with the dream of becoming officers. Out of which only a few are able to qualify. Among those who become officers, only a select few are like this and they leave  (leave a mark) a different impression through their work. Today, one such PCS officer took a surprising decision as soon as he became SDM. This officer is Kshipra Pal Suryavanshi.
Kshipra Pal, who became SDM by securing 34 rank in UP PCS 2018, is a resident of Bansgaon in Suryavanshi Basti district. His father Omprakash Pal is an IPS in Chhattisgarh and mother is a housewife. Shipra grew up with her parents in Chhattisgarh.

Kshipra did her schooling in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. She has been a student of Kendriya Vidyalaya. After schooling, he graduated from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. After graduation from DU, he did MA from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Kshipra is also fond of photography and painting.
He had cleared UP PCS 2018 with 34th rank in the first attempt. This is how she became SDM. As soon as Shipra became SDM, the first thing Shipra did was to remove the gutkha and beedi shops located at the school gate.
Kshipra Pal has inherited service to the country. His father IPS Om Prakash Pal has commanded Naxal operations as Deputy Inspector General of Police in Chhattisgarh. His brother is a good cricket player.
