However, according to the Meteorological Department, these states including Rajasthan may have to wait for at least three days for rain. After September 7 to 8, the rainy season will start here. At the same time, there is a possibility of rain in some parts of Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh today. Rain is also possible today at some selected places in hilly areas like Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
There is no hope for the people of Delhi NCR to get any respite from the heat. Here, people may have to face extreme heat and humidity for the next few days. According to the Meteorological Department, the monsoon trough is running near the foothills of the Himalayas. The area of cyclonic winds is around the northeast and east central Bay of Bengal. This cyclonic region extends up to the mid-tropospheric level of India.
On the same lines, an area of cyclonic winds has formed over South Chhattisgarh also. It was told that during the next 24 hours, light rain may occur in Andaman and Nicobar, Odisha, South Chhattisgarh, Telangana, selected areas of Maharashtra, Kerala, Interior Karnataka in South India.
Rain in Madhya Pradesh since September 5
According to the Meteorological Department, monsoon will become quite active in Madhya Pradesh in the next day or two. There is a possibility of heavy rain in some areas from September 5. At the same time, if we talk about north-eastern states, rain is possible in some areas here too today. Light to moderate rain may occur in West Bengal, parts of East Bihar, East Jharkhand, Lakshadweep, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh today.
