Dilip Kumar’s family has agreed to demolish the bungalow of the late actor and has given permission to build a luxurious residence in its place. The project, which will be completed by 2027, will also have a museum dedicated to Dilip Kumar’s life and achievements, which will be built on the ground floor, with a separate entrance.
Most of Dilip Kumar’s fans are not happy with this news. They are shocked and upset that Dilip Kumar’s memorial will not be visible in the iconic bungalow in future. There will be a profit of Rs 900 crore from this project, which will be built in half an acre of the most posh area of Mumbai. There was a legal dispute regarding this plot for years. Earlier, the megastar’s family had accused a real estate company of grabbing land by forging documents. However, after a long legal battle, in the year 2017, Saira Banu announced that she had won the case and got the ownership of the luxurious bungalow.
