Dispute of office bearers resolved in Congress headquarters


Dehradun: The dispute over the office of office bearers at the Congress headquarters has finally been resolved. State President Ganesh Godiyal distributed offices for all the senior officials. Seating arrangements have been made for the General Ministers in the cabins built in the inner halls away from the main office.

Now the number three room on the ground floor will be for the working presidents. The state vice-president will sit in the number four room. The office of the General Secretary has been changed. Now he will sit in the cabin built in the inner hall. It is known that since August 2021, a dispute was going on in the Congress headquarters regarding the offices. On August 19, the state president had given the responsibility of state vice-president-organization to Prithvipal Singh Chauhan. A few days later, the vice-president’s room was locked. Earlier, Suryakant Dhasmana, Dhirendra Pratap used to sit here. There was internal tussle going on in the Congress. Dhirendra has also expressed his displeasure openly in front of the state in-charge Devendra Yadav on this issue.
