Failure: People who have got bad marks or failed in 10th or 12th should not be disappointed. Low marks or one time failure cannot decide one’s future. Ishwar Gurjar is a new example of this. Ishwar Gujjar, who was a backbencher, failed (Father) in the 10th. But then he made a comeback and passed the UPSC Civil Services Exam 2022. In the journey of UPSC, he also had to face failure three times. But the failures did not break his spirits.

Ishwar Gurjar is a resident of Badia district of Bhambra district of Bhilwara, Rajasthan. He has 644th rank in UPSC 2022. His father Suvalal Gurjar is a farmer. While mother Sukhi Devi is a housewife. The father has taught the son by farming. He is proud of his son’s success. Ishwar Gurjar’s sister Bhavna is married. While younger sister Pooja is studying in class 12th. Ishwar told that he had failed in class 10th in 2011. After this, I had made up my mind to leave my studies. But the father said that there is no need to panic so soon. One should not give up after failing once. After this he passed 10th in 2012 with 54% marks. He had 68% marks in 12th.

Ishwar Gurjar has cracked UPSC in his fourth attempt. In the year 2019, he could not even clear the UPAC prelims. But reached the interview in the year 2020. After this, he failed in the year 2021 as well. Even after failing three times, he did not give up.
