7 dead, many injured due to wall collapse in Lucknow

Lucknow- 7 people have died after an under-construction wall collapsed in Lucknow amid heavy rains. Two people are injured in this. It is being told that this wall was being constructed in Dilkusha area. Suddenly the wall collapsed. After coming under the grip of the wall, 7 laborers living in a hut under its cover died in this accident. Many are injured. Some children and women are also among the injured. Expressing deep grief over the accident, CM Yogi Adityanath has announced compensation for the families of the deceased. He has also ordered free treatment of all the injured.

According to the information received, 7 bodies have been taken out from the spot. The injured have been admitted to hospital. It is being told that the workers engaged in the construction of the wall had stayed there in the night. It has been raining heavily in Lucknow since Thursday. Meanwhile, this wall collapsed in the night. As soon as the information was received, the relief team reached the spot, took out the bodies from the spot and took the injured to the hospital.
