New Delhi: There is big news related to New Delhi Railway ( Delhi Railway ) Station. There was a stampede due to heavy rush of passengers on platform number 14 and 15. 15 people have died and 10 people have been injured in this accident. The injured are being treated in the hospital. Railway’s official statement also came out in this matter and it has said that the situation is under control. Delhi Police and RPF have reached. The injured have been taken to the hospital. Special trains are being run to remove the sudden crowd. Fire brigade vehicles are also present on the spot.
What did the passengers present at the railway station tell?
A male passenger present at the railway station said that my sister has been crushed. She is admitted in the hospital. The female passenger said that yellow foam came out of her sister-in-law’s mouth. We were going down the stairs but people were pushing us. The passenger said that my sister has not regained consciousness for one and a half hours.
A woman said that she and her daughter were both buried. There was no line. A passenger said that my mouth was out, the rest of the body was buried. The passenger said that the police did not work properly. There was not even a stretcher at the station.
The passengers have accused the administration of negligence regarding this incident and they say that people were buried but no one was present to rescue them.
A passenger said that some people were unknown and were miscreants. They went out shouting slogans and it is because of them that this atmosphere has become bad. In conversation with the passengers, it has come to light that the police was not present on the platform for crowd management.
