Lieutenant General Prateek Sharma will be the new Northern Commander(Prateek Sharma) 

Delhi: After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, there are chances of war between India and Pakistan. Meanwhile, there have been major changes in the army. The Indian Air Force is now going to get a new Vice Chief. Air Marshal Narmdeshwar Tiwari will be the new Vice Chief of the Air Force.

Actually, the current Vice Chief Air Marshal SP Dharkar is retiring on April 30, Narmdeshwar Tiwari will replace him. Narmdeshwar Tiwari is currently serving in Gandhinagar. At the same time, Air Marshal Ashutosh Dixit will also take charge as the new CISC. CISC works to create coordination between the three armies.
