Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar’s health deteriorated ( deteriorated) 

Nainital: Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar’s health suddenly deteriorated     ( deteriorated)   during a program. During this, he also fainted. Due to this sudden incident, the Vice President’s medical team immediately swung into action and he was brought back to consciousness. Let us tell you that Dhankhar had reached Nainital on his three-day visit on Wednesday.

However, Jagdeep Dhankhar was immediately relieved by his medical team and he later recovered. After this he left for the Raj Bhavan, where he will rest at night. Actually this incident happened when Vice President Dhankhar was present at the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Kumaon University on Wednesday.

During the ceremony, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar started coming down from the stage after giving a speech and moved towards his former parliamentary colleague Mahendra Singh Pal. He got emotional on seeing Pal and they hugged each other. Meanwhile, the Vice President fainted on Pal’s shoulders. After this, his medical team immediately gave him relief.

The incident happened on the first day of Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar’s visit to Uttarakhand. He is expected to attend several official programs during his stay. According to a release issued by the Vice President’s Office, he will visit Nainital for three days from June 25 to 27. On June 25, Dhankhar was to preside over the golden jubilee celebrations of Kumaon University and address the students and faculty members of the institution.

On June 27, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will preside as the chief guest at the 156th foundation day celebrations of Sherwood College. During this visit, the Vice President will also visit the Raj Bhavan in Nainital.

Ahead of the program, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar was given a warm welcome by a gathering of dignitaries. Those who welcomed included Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya (representing the Chief Minister), MP Ajay Bhatt, Haldwani Mayor Gajraj Bisht, Vice-Chairman of Forest and Environment Advisory Committee Deepak Mehra, Kumaon Commissioner Deepak Rawat, IG Riddhim Aggarwal, District Magistrate Vandana and SSP Prahlad Narayan Meena.
