Fire broke out in a teddy bear and candy shop in Badedhi Rajputan, fire brigade brought it under control in time

Today morning around 4 o’clock a fire suddenly broke out in a toy and teddy bear shop on the side of the national highway near Badedhi Rajputana, Core College in Bahadarabad area. As soon as the information was received, Roorkee fire unit reached the spot and after a lot of effort, the fire was brought under control.

The fire team also prevented the fire from spreading to other shops and nearby hotels and dhabas, thus averting a major loss of life. However, the fire destroyed the mud and teddy bears kept in the shop and other items. There has been no loss of life.

A major accident was averted due to the promptness and quick action of the fire unit. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
