New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday said that if a Hindu man, who owns a self-acquired property, if he gives a limited share to his wife in a will, it will not be treated as an absolute right over the property, provided he Care of the wife and fulfills other conditions. A bench of Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice MM Sundaresh passed this order in a case of a 1968 will. The bench passed this judgment setting aside the order of the High Court. Tulsi Ram, a person from Haryana, wrote the said will on 15 April 1968, who died on 17 November 1969.
