Paris Olympics: In Paris Olympics 2024, India’s female wrestler athlete Vinesh Phogat (Vinesh Phogat ) was disqualified on 7 August just before the gold medal match. Vinesh’s weight was 100 grams more than the prescribed limit just before her medal match, after which the match officials declared her ineligible.
