  1. Shalabhasana
    To do this asana, you lie on your stomach. Place your palms under your thighs. Join the heels of both your feet and keep the toes of your feet straight. Try to raise your legs slowly. Take a deep breath while moving the legs upwards. Stay in this position for a few seconds. Now bring the legs down while exhaling. Repeat this process 3 to 5 times.

Lay a mat on the ground and lie down on it on your stomach. Join your feet together, keep the palms near the chest in line with the shoulders. Keep the forehead on the ground and keep the body comfortable. Taking a deep breath, lift the front part of your body upwards. During this, your hands should also stand in a straight line. Raise the head up as far as possible. Stay in this position for 15-30 seconds. Then while exhaling, come back to the normal position. Do this exercise 4 to 5 times at a time.

    A camel-like posture is made in this asana. First of all, get down on your knees. Keep the width of your knees equal to the shoulders. Keep the soles extended towards the sky. Now bend your spine backwards and try to touch the ankles with both hands. While doing this, do not put excessive pressure on the neck. The part from the waist to the knees should be straight. Stay in this position for some time and take deep breaths. After that return to normal posture. Repeat this exercise 4 to 5 times at a time.
