Railways keeps giving updates about the Bullet Train project from time to time, so that it can be estimated when the wait of the people is going to end. In this series, Railway Minister (Railway Minister ) Ashwini Vaishnav has given an update regarding the work of Bullet Train Project through his X (formerly Twitter) handle.
The Railway Minister said that by November 21, 2023, pillars have been built in 251.40 kilometers and elevated super structures have been built in 103.24 kilometers. Along with the update, the Railway Minister has also shared a video showing that the Bullet Train Project work is going on in Valsad (Gujarat), Navsari (Gujarat), Surat (Gujarat) and Vadodara (Gujarat) and Anand (Gujarat). .
The announcement of running the bullet train was made in the year 2015.
It is noteworthy that in the year 2015, it was announced to start bullet train between Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The foundation stone of this project was laid in September 2017.
Total 3 depots for bullet train
A total of three depots will be built for the bullet train. One in Maharashtra and 2 in Surat and Sabarmati of Gujarat.

According to the information, the bullet train will run at a speed of 320 kilometers per hour and will become the fastest train in India. This will reduce the travel time between the two cities from 6 hours to 3 hours.
