Murder evidence ‘washed’ in washing machine( washing )

Bhopal: Police has disclosed the case of murder of female Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) in Madhya Pradesh. According to the police, the SDM was murdered by her husband. The accused was unemployed for several months. He was angry that his SDM wife Nisha Napit had not made him a nominee in her service book, insurance and bank account. The accused not only murdered his wife by smothering her face with a pillow, but also tried to destroy the evidence of the murder. The accused is in the custody of the police.
According to the police, woman SDM Nisha Napit, posted in Shahpura of Dindori district, was murdered by her husband Manish Sharma. He killed his wife by pressing her face with a pillow. To hide the evidence, the husband had washed the clothes in the washing  ( washing ) machine after the incident. Police have recovered the pillow cover and bedsheet from the washing machine. On the basis of evidence found by the police, a case has been registered against husband Manish Sharma (45) under several sections.

Nisha Napit’s sister had expressed doubt on Manish Sharma
Nisha Napit’s sister Neelima Napit had accused Manish Sharma of murder. Neelima had claimed that Manish Sharma used to harass her sister for money. Neelima Napit told, “Manish Sharma used to harass my sister Nisha for money. My sister had no disease. Manish has done something wrong. He did not even allow the domestic help to enter Nisha’s room.” On the basis of suspicion, the police interrogated strictly and revealed the matter within 24 hours.

Met on matrimony site, married in 2020
Nisha Napit and Manish Sharma met on a matrimony site. They got married in 2020. Nisha Napit’s sister claimed that the family was not a part of the wedding, as she told us about it much later. According to the police, the married life of both was not going well. Manish Sharma wanted to make himself a nominee in the service book and all the bank accounts of his SDM wife. Nisha Napit had refused to do so.

According to the report, Manish Sharma had come to the SDM residence a few days ago to meet his wife. During this time he killed his wife. On Sunday, around 4 pm, he took Nisha Napit to the hospital, where doctors declared her dead. As soon as the news of his death was received, the police reached the hospital.

When the police asked Manish Sharma about the sudden death of his wife, he fabricated a false story. The accused told that his wife was suffering from kidney disease. The accused claimed that his wife had observed a fast on Saturday. He vomited at night, after which he was given some medicine. The next day she did not wake up.
Doctor Ratnesh Dwivedi, who conducted the postmortem, said that when Nisha Napit was brought to the hospital, she had died four-five hours before.

Told a false story to the police
To mislead the police, SDM Nisha’s husband Manish Sharma said, “I did not wake up early on Sunday. There is no work on Sunday, so Nisha also kept sleeping. When the maid came at 10 o’clock, I went for a walk. Then around 2 o’clock in the afternoon when she did not wake up, I thought I will wake her up. When she did not wake up, I gave CPR. To no avail, I called the doctor. The doctor asked me to bring her to the hospital. In the hospital, Gave CPR. Doctors found Nisha Napit bleeding from her nose and mouth. Soon after, the police arrested Manish Sharma.

Announcement of reward for the investigation team
DIG Mukesh Srivastava has praised the investigation team for solving the case in 24 hours. He has announced a reward of Rs 20,000 for the investigation team.
