The Meteorological Department says that the temperature in Delhi has been recorded up to 10 degrees Celsius above normal. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain and snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh and parts of Himachal Pradesh in the next 24 hours. On the other hand, day and night temperatures may remain above normal in parts of western Himalayas, northwest and central India.
