At the same time, the other four judges of the bench are currently monitoring their symptoms.
Due to the infection of Justice Bhat, now the constitution bench will not hear on Monday. Also, now Justice Kaul will not come to the court on Monday due to medical urgency. According to sources, Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice Aniruddha Bose, Justice S Ravindra Bhat, Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice Manoj Mishra are currently suffering from COVID-19, while Justice Surya Kant has recovered only a week ago. After the transition of the judges, it is feared that due to this many cases can be postponed for a few days. However, according to a Bar & Bench report, the Chief Justice’s office is currently assigning cases to new two-judge benches to avoid case pendency.
