He became immortal even after dying!( dying!)

.Bhubaneswar. A case setting an example ( dying!)  of humanity has come to light in Odisha, where doctors declared a 43-year-old man brain dead due to severe head injury. After this, the family members of the young man decided to donate organs showing generosity, due to which four people from three different cities got a new life. Prasenjit Mohanty, a native of Bhubaneswar, was admitted to SUM Ultimate, a private hospital in the city, after he was badly injured after a fall at his home on 22 June. Although initially there was a slight improvement in his condition after the brain surgery, later the condition worsened.

Despite the improvement, the condition of the young man deteriorated
Dr. Somnath Prasad Jena, consultant neurosurgeon of SUMUMU, said, “Despite some initial improvement in his condition, his condition worsened later,” Indian Express reported. Apnea test (to determine brain death) was done on 23rd June and we came to know that the patient is brain dead. A second test was done after six hours which confirmed the previous report.” Dr Shwetapadma Das, chief executive officer of the hospital, said that when the family members were informed about the patient’s medical condition, they offered to donate his organs. As per protocol, the hospital authorities informed the Organ and Tissue Transplant Organization at the state, regional and national levels.

Deceased’s wife decides to donate her husband’s organs
“Medical teams from Kolkata and New Delhi reached SUMUM on Saturday and a 20-member team of SUMUM surgeons and outside doctors retrieved the required organs in a four-and-a-half-hour process,” Das said. According to hospital sources, both kidneys, both lungs and liver of the patient were donated. Prasenjit’s wife Mridumanjari Mohapatra said that her husband wanted his organs to be donated. She said, “My husband always wanted to do something for the society when he was alive. Respecting his wish, I decided to donate his organs. It was not an easy decision for me. But, his family members, my family members and other relatives supported my decision. ,

Police made green corridor
Police created a green corridor in Bhubaneswar to transport the organs in two ambulances from the hospital to the Biju Patnaik airport, from where they were taken to both cities by medical teams. According to SUMUM sources, one of the two kidneys was transplanted into a patient at SUMUM on Saturday night, while the other was taken to a hospital in Cuttack for transplant into another patient.
