Shimla. In Himachal Pradesh, there was a big explosion in a restaurant ( restaurant ) near Shivalaya Temple in Middle Bazar, Mall Road. In this blast, the passers-by along with the employees of the restaurant also came under the grip. According to the information, 11 people were seriously burnt in this incident, out of which one person died. All the injured were admitted to IGMC Hospital for treatment by police vehicle and ambulance.
Eyewitnesses present on the spot said, ‘The intensity of the blast was so high that its tremors were felt from Scandal Point to Rani Jhansi Park. Its major tremors were also felt till Lower Bazaar and Ripon. In this blast, 5 to 7 shops in the middle market were destroyed and many people were injured. After the blast, the nearby businessmen somehow ran away after saving their lives. The tourists roaming in the Mall Road were also shocked by the blast.
After the explosion, the restaurant’s goods and the gas cylinders kept there were taken out, but it was found that nothing had happened to the cylinder in the explosion. There was no explosion in it. The fire brigade team said that not a single cylinder had exploded. In such a situation, the forensic team has been called on the spot. The reality of the blast will come out only after the investigation. The surrounding area has been sealed by the police.

Regarding this incident, Shimla Urban MLA Harish Janartha said, ‘There was a lot of damage in the blast. It is being assessed. On the other hand, the BJP’s media in-charge, who was present on the spot, demanded that this episode should be investigated. The government should constitute a committee. The explosion was so strong that it caused huge damage. The shops which have been demolished should get compensation.

At the same time, Chief Fire Officer Mahesh Kumar and Divisional Fire Officer Sanjeev told that no evidence of explosion was found on the spot. He told that there was a mysterious explosion. It will be known only after the investigation of the police.
