New Delhi. Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has convicted AAP MLA Abdul Rehman for criminally threatening and assaulting the headmaster of a government school in 2009. Abdul Rahman was alleged that he and his wife Asma had threatened to kill the principal of a school in the year 2009, uttered abusive words and also prevented her from doing her duty. The court wrote in its decision that both of them had a fight with the principal for the same purpose.

Aam Aadmi Party MLA’s wife Asma has been convicted of crime under section 332. However, not even one of the eyewitnesses mentioned in the FIR has recorded the statement. This incident is being told of February 4, whereas the FIR of the case was registered on February 5.

Aam Aadmi Party MLA Abdul Rehman is also accused of molesting and assaulting a woman. (woman.) This matter is of March 2021. The woman had given a complaint against Rehman at the Jafrabad police station. On which the police had registered a case.

The woman had alleged that MLA Abdul Rehman molested her and also assaulted her for protesting. In this case, the police said that AAP MLA Abdul Rehman was present during the by-election of the Municipal Corporation in Jaffrabad area on Sunday. Then he had an argument with the woman who had given a complaint to the police. At present, the police is probing the allegations of the woman. Abdul Rehman is the Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Seelampur Assembly seat in Delhi.
