Delhi: It is raining heavily in the national capital Delhi, ( Delhi) due to which there is a situation of jam at many places. Today, more than 100 mm of rain was recorded in just one hour, after which many areas were waterlogged and the Meteorological Department had to issue a ‘red alert’. Apart from this, traffic jams are being seen at many places in Delhi today. At the same time, all schools have been closed in view of the interests of the children.
Education Minister gave information
Delhi Education Minister Atishi herself has given this information by tweeting. Atishi said that in view of very heavy rain this evening and the forecast of heavy rain today, all schools – government and private – will remain closed tomorrow.
112.5 mm rain in one hour
The Meteorological Department said that the National Guideline Bulletin related to the flash floods also gives a list of those areas of Delhi, which have been asked to be cautious.
