New Delhi. Monsoon’s blessings are going to continue in Delhi-NCR region even today. Along with this, heavy rains are expected in Uttar Pradesh, East Rajasthan, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim, Bihar, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura today. According to IMD, there is a possibility of rain with thunderstorm and lightning at different places in Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry today.

The speed of the storm is 40-45 km in Kerala-Karnataka-Maharashtra-South Gujarat coasts, Gulf of Mannar, Lakshadweep area, South Bay of Bengal near Sri Lanka coast and Andaman Sea. There is a possibility of reaching from per hour to 50 km per hour. Fishermen have been advised not to venture into these areas.
