Tribals also held a gunman hostage(Tribals) 

Mauganj: In Mauganj district of Madhya Pradesh, several policemen including Tehsildar have been attacked. In Gadara village of Gram Panchayat Ramnagari of Hanuman Tehsil, people of tribal  (Tribals)  society attacked several police personnel on the second day of Holi. Several policemen have been seriously injured. One policeman also lost his life.

Gunman held hostage

Adivasis have also held SDOP Mauganj and gunman hostage. A deadly attack has been made on Hanuman Tehsildar, who has been seriously injured. Several injured policemen and Hanuman Tehsildar have been sent to the health center for treatment.

Ramnagari Panchayat converted into cantonment

Ramnagari Panchayat has been converted into a police cantonment. District SP Rasna Thakur reached the spot with her team. She is trying to control the situation by firing in the air.

Police arriving from nearby police stations
No one is able to tell how many are injured. Seeing the seriousness of the incident, police force has left from nearby police stations. One ASI has died. Many people are seriously injured in this incident.

Former MLA raised questions on law and order
Section 163 has been imposed at the spot. Former MLA Sukhendra Singh Banna has reached the spot. He has raised questions on law and order. Also, he has strongly condemned this entire incident.
