Pakistan A team defeats Indian A( defeats ) 

Asia Cup: In the Asia Cup Rising Stars 2025 match, Pakistan A defeated  ( defeats )  Indian A by 8 wickets. Pakistan’s bowlers and batsmen performed well in this match. With the victory, Pakistan A reached the semi-finals of the tournament. India batted first and scored a total of 136 runs. Following this, Maaz Sadaqat performed brilliantly for Pakistan A, scoring a half-century and playing a key role in the team’s victory.

Maaz Sadaqat scores a half-century
Maaz Sadaqat displayed excellent batting for Pakistan A. He scored 79 runs in 47 balls, including 7 fours and 4 sixes. Muhammad Naeem also contributed 14 runs. Yasir Khan (11 runs) and Mohammad Faiq scored 16 runs and remained unbeaten until the end. It was thanks to these players that Pakistan A managed to defeat India A. Yash Thakur and Suyash Sharma took one wicket each for India.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi scored 45 runs
Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Priyansh Arya opened the innings for India A, and the two batsmen added 30 runs for the first wicket. Priyansh scored 10 runs. Naman Dheer then came in at number three and shared the scoring responsibility with Vaibhav. The two batsmen added 49 runs for the second wicket. Naman scored 35 runs in 20 balls, including six fours and a six. Vaibhav missed his half-century by just five runs. He scored 45 runs in 28 balls, including five fours and three sixes. The Indian A team’s middle order flopped badly and failed to perform well. Ramandeep Singh scored 11 runs. Due to the poor performance of the batsmen, the Indian A team could not even play the full 20 overs and was all out for 136 runs.

Shahid Aziz took the maximum three wickets for the Pakistan A team. Shad Masood and Maaz Sadaqat took two wickets each. Maaz Sadaqat was awarded the Player of the Match award for his excellent bowling and strong batting in the match.
