England: The fourth Test match between India and England has been drawn. But the England team is still ahead 1-2 in the Test series. In the fourth Test match, Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar      (Jadeja and Sunda)    have batted strongly and scored centuries. It is because of these players that the Indian team has been able to draw the Test. The Indian team scored 358 runs while batting first. After this, the England team scored 669 runs in the first innings and took a lead of 311 runs. Then in the second innings, the Indian batsmen showed amazing spirit.

Jadeja and Sundar remained not out

In such a situation, it seemed that Team India could lose this match, but then KL Rahul and captain Shubman Gill stayed at the crease. Both of them together made a partnership of 188 runs. After both of them were out, Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar took over the responsibility of scoring runs. Jadeja remained not out after scoring 101 runs and Sundar 107 runs.

Jadeja scored the fifth century of his career

Ravindra Jadeja presented a sample of good batting in the fourth Test match against England and scored a century with strong batting. This is the 5th century of his Test career. Jadeja is the first Indian to score two centuries while batting at number-6 or below in Test cricket in England.

Indian batsmen flopped in the first innings

In the first innings, the Indian batsmen started well, but failed to convert it into big innings. Sai Sudarshan scored the highest 61 runs for India. Apart from him, Yashasvi Jaiswal (58 runs) and Rishabh Pant (54 runs) also scored half-centuries. Later Shardul Thakur contributed 41 runs. It was because of these players that the team was able to reach the score of 358 runs. Ben Stokes took the maximum of five wickets for England. Jofra Archer took three wickets.

Stokes and Root had scored centuries
The batsmen of the England cricket team performed very well. The team’s openers Jack Crowley (84 runs) and Ben Duckett (94 runs) shared a 166-run partnership for the first wicket and laid the foundation for a big score. After this, Joe Root and Ben Stokes put England in the driving seat with brilliant batting. Both the batsmen scored centuries. Root scored 150 runs and Stokes scored 141 runs. In the end, Brydon Carse contributed 47 runs. It was because of these players that the England team was able to score 669 runs.
