India will now face South Africa in the final on November 2. This is the highest run chase in women’s ODI cricket history. Previously, the highest run chase in women’s ODI cricket was 330 runs. Regarding the match, Australia won the toss and elected to bat first, and the team was all out for 338 runs in 49.5 overs. In the semi-final match against India, Litchfield batted brilliantly for Australia and scored a century. While Litchfield and Perry were at the crease, it seemed Australia’s score would exceed 350, but Amanjot broke the 155-run partnership by dismissing Litchfield.
