Ingredients to make sesame paratha:
Wheat flour 1 bowl, half bowl of sesame (roasted), 1 cup of jaggery, 50 grams of Desi ghee, coconut powder
How to make sesame paratha?
First step: To make sesame paratha, first of all turn on the gas and place a pan and melt it well. Now, sift the wheat flour in a plate and add a pinch of salt, roasted sesame and coconut powder and mix well. Now add melted jaggery to it and knead the dough well. When the dough becomes soft, keep it for 10 minutes to set.
Second step: Now, turn on the gas and place a pan on it and grease it with ghee and heat it. Till then make dough balls and roll them like parathas. Now put the paratha on a hot pan, apply ghee on both sides and bake it on low flame till it becomes golden. Now your tasty and healthy sesame paratha is ready. Now add white butter over it and serve it with hot tea.
