Africa adds a veteran bowler to its squad (bowler )

Guwahati: After defeating India in the first Test in Kolkata, South Africa’s confidence is sky-high. South Africa will now play the second Test against India in Guwahati, starting November 22. A major update has arrived ahead of this match. A powerful bowler     (bowler )    has joined South Africa’s bowling unit. South Africa has included Lungi Ngidi in the squad for the second Test. He has been given this opportunity as cover for fast bowler Kagiso Rabada, who missed the first Test due to a rib injury.

The injury to Rabada, one of South Africa’s most reliable and experienced bowlers, remains a concern for the visiting team. He missed the first Test of the series due to a rib injury, and his availability for the second Test remains in doubt.

South Africa’s Strength Boost
Ngidi’s return is expected to bolster South Africa’s bowling attack. He has been struggling with injuries for some time, but the team management has included him in the squad after regaining full fitness. This decision is considered strategic, given the need for strong bowling backup against India.

India Faces a Tough Challenge
After struggling in the first Test, the Indian team will try to bounce back in the second. Rabada’s absence may be a relief for the Indian batsmen, but challenges like Ngidi will still remain. The second Test is crucial for the series. India will look to level the series with a win, while South Africa will be aiming to capture the series.
